What we collect

Your name, email, phone, player age, booking history, signed waiver details and emergency contact. Card payments are processed by Square — we never store your card number.

How we use it

To manage bookings, send confirmations, keep participants safe, and reply to your messages. We don't sell your information.

Storage & retention

Data is stored securely with access limited to Forge Hockey staff. Signed waivers are kept as long as legally required.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@frghockey.com.
